Insistent inner whisper
Insinuating an insane conundrum:
A simple tri-layered orb
Simply a ruse:
A cohesive, circumferential cloak of invisibility
Concealing an earth-star;
A unique, diverse habitat
Rife with life forms
Written in response to Trifextra week 49: On to the weekend challenge. As you’ll recall from your elementary science class days, the structure of the earth can be divided most simply into three sections: core, mantle, crust…Give us 33 words from it. Interpret the prompt however you wish–literal, metaphorical, or somewhere in between. If you would like to use the image on your own blog, you must properly credit it.
Love this unusual take:-)”Simply a ruse”-so true!

Great job! I love this line: “A cohesive, circumferential cloak of invisibility.”

I love this. It sort of reads like a whisper itself with all the sibilant words.

Insane conundrum perfectly describes so many relationships. I was floored by this. Nice.

Thanks..seems earth is so much more than crust…I suspect we are unique in that we are such a diversity of living organisms. I don’t doubt that life exists on other planets but truly wonder if other stars, planets can support the diversity we see here. That’s what I get for star- gazing too much! Thanks:)

Intentional…wasn’t going for it specifically, but was happy when it came out. Thanks.
